Thus external factors outside our control, such as PC upgrade or replacement, Windows Operating System upgrade or Microsoft Office upgrade, may compromise the operation of our applications.

Accessing our support function is as easy as making a phone call or sending us an email outlining the problem. We aim to provide (or at least identify) a solution within one working day.
